2. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Because we do not sell or share personal information in those ways, there is no additional opt-out toggle required for that activity. If you still wish to submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”
3. Account Data Controls
- Access / correct profile data: update your profile and preferences in the app settings.
- Export your data: Settings → Security in the app (open Security settings).
- Delete your account: Settings → Security. Account deletion removes associated content from our primary systems as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Optional encryption: enable client-side encryption for notes where available; see Security.
5. Marketing Communications
You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You will still receive transactional messages related to your account, security, and billing.
6. California Privacy Rights
California residents may request to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell/share as described above)
- Limit use of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes
- Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights
